How to Order


Order on-line

  1. If a "Quantity" box is shown, enter the number of each item you would like to order.
  2. To order the item, click on the Add to Your Shopping Cart button .
    If you change your mind, you can change the quantity ordered or delete the item.
  3. Standard Shipping Options

    After the first item is added to the shopping cart, you will go to our shipping page.
    Please enter your zip code and use the pull-down menu to select a shipping method.
    We ship orders by UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day,
    or 3rd Day Select Air shipping
    The order form will let you change shipping methods and our shopping cart will automatically estimate new the shipping cost.
    Just click on the line "Click here to change shipping options"

    UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping costs are estimated.
    Actual shipping charges may be considerably higher for bulky items.
    If additional shipping charges apply, they will be billed separately.

    All our products are UL certified for use within the US.
    Sorry, we can not ship orders outside of the US.

  4. Small Order Shipping Options

    Up to 15 packages of mini replacement bulbs can be shipped by USPS to reduce shipping costs.
    If you would like to use this shipping method, please add a note in the Special shipping instructions section of the checkout form.
    Shipping charge will be reduced after your order has been reviewed. Shipping charge will be considerably less than UPS charges shown on the shopping cart.

  5. Please verify your order.
    At this time, you can change the items in your shopping cart.
    Change the number in the box, then click arrow to update.
    Your total will automatically be recalculated.
  6. To select more items, click on the Continue Shopping button.
  7. If you are done shopping, click on the Check Out Now button.
  8. Click on the Order by Credit Card Online button.
  9. Enter any comments or special instructions in the Special Instructions/Comments/Gift Sentiment section.
  10. Complete the Payment Method section.
    We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
    Sorry, no personal checks, money orders, or COD.
  11. Complete the Cardholder Information section.
    Please be sure to include your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
  12. If this order is a gift, you can enter a different shipping address in the Shipping Information section.
  13. When you have finished, click the Submit Secure Order button
  14. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order.
  15. Your order will be shipped via UPS.
    Allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery by UPS Ground.

Order by phone

Orders placed by phone take the same amount of time to be processed as orders placed through our web site.

Please attempt to place your order through our web site before contacting the warehouse.

  1. Use our shopping cart to get part numbers and prices.
  2. Contact our warehouse at (815) 673-5824 to place an order.

Order by FAX

  1. Use our shopping cart to select items.
  2. Click on the Order by Credit Card using FAX button.
  3. Fill out the order form and click the Submit Order button.
  4. A page suitable for faxing will then be displayed.
  5. Print out this page and FAX it to our warehouse at (815) 672-4495 to place an order.

Track Your Order

  1. Find your Betty's Christmas House order number on the confirmation e-mail.
    (example: 1571-1234-5678 )
  2. Click here to go to our UPS Track Your Order page.
  3. Enter your order number including the dashes, click on Track This Order

Return Policy

  1. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and test all lights.
  2. We will try to promptly replace any damage items.
  3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for credit, refund or exchange.
  4. Call or e-mail us for a return authorization.
  5. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
  6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on any returns.
  7. Please ... do not return items without prior authorization.
